Rental Requirements

» Must have a valid driver’s license
» Must be 21 years or older (25 years or older for Prestige vehicles)
» Must have a major credit card in your name.
» Must carry full coverage automotive insurance that is transferable to the vehicle.

Rental Period

One 24 hour period constitutes a rental day. We do offer a 1-hour grace period. If you exceed the 24 hour period by more than 1 hour, a per-hour late charge will apply to each hour late. Maximum 2 hours permitted, after the 2nd hour an additional full day rate will be applied.

At the time of rental

At the time of rental, you must have with you a Driver's License, insurance card, and the credit card with which you reserved your rental.

Private Drivers

For those of you that would like to sit back and enjoy the sights, we can arrange a private driver for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the original pick-up or delivery date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee for all Luxury cars and $300 cancellation fee for all prestige vehicles or the rental fee may be applied as credit toward future use within 180 days of the original reservation. If cancellation notice is received within 72 hours of the reservation date, the rental fees are non-refundable or the rental fee may be applied as credit toward future use within 180 days of the original reservation.

Additional Drivers

Additional drivers are permitted, as long as they meet the same requirements as the primary renter. There is no charge for additional drivers.

International Drivers

We accept foreign driver’s license for many countries, and of course all international licenses are accepted. Drivers with foreign licenses must present your passport along with your driver's license.

Vehicle Delivery

We can deliver the vehicle anywhere in the Las Vegas area for your convenience at no additional charge. For deliveries outside the Las Vegas valley, please contact us for more information.

Holidays

No vehicle deliveries will be made on Thanksgiving, December 25, or December 31. Reservations covering these holidays may be subject to a minimum rental period, with all deliveries and pickups occurring before and after the above mentioned holidays.

Second Choice Vehicle

Although, we will try our very best to provide you with the vehicle of your choice. We ask for you to choose an alternative vehicle in the event your first choice becomes unavailable. Unfortunately, we have no control over vehicles not being returned by customers on time or if the vehicle is returned with physical damage.

Driving Area Restrictions

We allow our vehicles to be driven anywhere in the United States, however certain restrictions apply. Please notify us if you plan to drive the vehicle outside of Nevada. Customers must have written authorization from Jetset Worldwide to drive the vehicle out of state.

Airport Pickup/Drop-off

We offer airport pickup and drop-off service to the surrounding Las Vegas airports.

Smoking Policy

For the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge will apply if this policy is violated.

Prohibited Uses

The vehicles may not be used:

» By anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver's License has been suspended or restricted
» For any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
» To carry persons or property for hire
» To push or tow anything
» To exceed any posted speed limits
» In any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, demonstration, or on or near any racetrack or road course
» On any unpaved surface

In the event of a violation of these Prohibited Uses, we reserve the right to end your rental and retrieve the vehicle.

Payment Methods

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Echeck are the preferred method of payment for rental fees and damage deposits. In certain cases, cashier's checks or cash may be accepted if pre-arranged. Personal checks are not accepted.
